Those who dance are considered insane by those who cannot hear the music
First of all. Can we just have a TGIF moment… what a longgg week!! We need a break as I’m sure everyone else does too! What better way to escape a rough week than plugging in your headphones (into your head in case that wasn’t clear..). SO! that being said..today we’re here to talk about music! Not profound slow instrumental music that everyone sits around listening to in the parlour whilst drinking brandy and saying “very good very good”… we mean loud crazy beats that make you feel like you could run 10 marathons and then do at least 6 jumping jacks after (we need to be realistic here). Now..don’t know about anybody else.. but it always seems very suspicious to see people that go to the gym without music. What’s so interesting going on in your head that you can fill the exceptional void resulting from lack of music?!… maybe they just haven’t been GRACED WITH THE PRESENCE of Hollie and Margaret and have no clue what music is best for working out!!
Well…today is the day.
We think it’s a pretty key component having a solid playlist for working out! We do both listen to pretty similar music when we work out… So we decided to share a couple of our favourite workout songs that you can throw into your playlist… or for those who don’t have one yet… PLEASE start one…
We’re moderately obsessed with EDM… (Electronic Dance Music for the nooooobs) .. so that’s just something you’ll have to grow to accept…and ultimately LOVE 🙂
